Pull request overview
This PR refines the right inspector/sidebar header styling and controls to better match the updated sidebar design.
Changes:
- Replaces the header divider with subtle border overlays on the panel and header.
- Updates mode switching, tab selection, and header icon buttons with refreshed spacing, hover states, and visual styling.
- Converts review and inspector tab controls into shared picker-style menu labels.
