These look slightly different from the old ones, and are more consistent between each other.

Fixes #4390.

  • Tested on all platforms changed
    • Tested on macOS 15.6.1, and I've verified that we now use the same cursor icons as those used in Safari 26.
  • Added an entry to the changelog module if knowledge of this change could be valuable to users
