FuzzyJ Version 2.0

FuzzyJ Version 2.0 is the 1st Open Source release (under Mozilla Public Licence 2.0). We used version 2.0 to distinguish it as the first release after the version 1.x releases that were created while it was under control of the National Research Council of Canada and not open source code. In this release there are no significant differences from the last 1.10a release. A few minor changes were made to the examples so that they continued to work properly with changes in some Java libraries.
