Customized backend/main.py to override FastAPI docs with a corporate-themed Swagger UI (injected CSS using the HELPDESK.AI emerald/slate palette) plus a ReDoc view, expanded the OpenAPI metadata (rich description, tags, contact, license, Swagger UI parameters), and added tags=, summary=, and clearer docstrings to every path operation (System / AI Analysis / Tickets / Admin). Added backend/postman_collection.json — a Postman v2.1 collection with {{baseUrl}}, {{ticketId}}, {{companyId}}, {{userId}} variables grouped into folders covering all 13 endpoints with example bodies and per-request descriptions.
