PHP 8.4 support

Adds support for PHP 8.4. Prior to these changes, the following deprecations would be logged when accessing this package:

Rinvex\Language\LanguageLoader::filter(): Implicitly marking parameter $callback as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable type must be used instead
