- Added `useCamera` hook with fallback modes for camera and library access based on permissions. - Introduced `useLocation` hook for managing location with fallback to manual entry. - Created `featureCapabilities` service to detect and manage feature availability and degradation states. - Developed `locationService` for obtaining user location with multiple fallback strategies. - Enhanced `pushNotifications` service to handle push notification registration with graceful degradation. - Established `degradationStore` for tracking feature statuses and user preferences for degradation notifications.

Summary: Add capability detection and graceful fallbacks so the app continues to work when camera, push notifications, or GPS/permissions are unavailable.
Key changes: featureCapabilities.ts, degradationStore.ts, useCamera.ts, pushNotifications.ts, locationService.ts, useLocation.ts, DegradationBanner.tsx, App.tsx, GRACEFUL_DEGRADATION.md.
Behavior: camera falls back to library or shows guidance; push notifications fall back to in-app alerts on simulators/denied perms; location falls back to cached/manual entry with clear user messages.
Tests/docs: added GRACEFUL_DEGRADATION.md. Manual testing recommended for permission-denied and simulator scenarios.
Notes: Non-blocking startup; degradation state persisted and surfaced via banners/notifications.
