CarcassYield Pro is built on a microservices backbone with each processing domain — yield calculation, compliance monitoring, cold storage — running as an independently deployable service behind an internal gRPC mesh. All transactional yield data is persisted in MongoDB because the document model maps cleanly to shift-level batch records and I'm not going to apologize for that. The compliance event bus runs on Redis Streams for long-term audit retention, which gives us sub-millisecond fan-out to the dashboard layer and a durable log that survives anything short of a power outage at the facility level. The frontend is a React dashboard served from a single hardened VPS — no cloud dependency, no SLA theater.
