Partial habit completion for check-ins #22

Description

@AuroraStarstorm

What's the problem or gap?
Sometimes a goal isn't a binary pass or fail for a day, there should be an option to mark partial (potentially acting as a freeze for streaks rather than incrementing them).

Describe your idea
When setting up a habit, it should ask if this habit is able to have partial progress, (such as an activity required multiple times a day, or the ability for it to be partially completed while still offering benefit), in this tree setting, when marking a day as checked in there should be a "partially" option, it's neither positive nor negative.

Why does it fit Grove?
Often times there are habits that can be partially done to some benefit or should be done multiple times a day, this incentivises habit health when possible. If you missed the first time you should have done a habit (and keep yourself honest), there's no longer the temptation to say "Ah screw it, today's a fail anyway so I won't do the other one/doing the rest and instead focus on doing something else"

Alternatives you've considered
Having numeric completion amounts of recurring task sub steps per day. This could also potentially be an option of implementation but I think the previous solution is better because it's much lower maintenance and setup, the last thing you want is to have to create a habit to maintain your habit records, amounts, remember which parts you did, update them when requirements change etc.
