ci: short sidebarTitle frontmatter for .NET pages

Sync from resq-software/docs#37. Adds a step that writes sidebarTitle frontmatter into each generated .md so the Mintlify sidebar shows e.g. RecordEvidenceAsync(EvidenceRecord, CancellationToken) instead of the full qualified file name.
