Warning

Rate limit exceeded

@WomB0ComB0 has exceeded the limit for the number of commits that can be reviewed per hour. Please wait 51 minutes and 36 seconds before requesting another review.

To keep reviews running without waiting, you can enable usage-based add-on for your organization. This allows additional reviews beyond the hourly cap. Account admins can enable it under billing.

⌛ How to resolve this issue?

After the wait time has elapsed, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

We recommend that you space out your commits to avoid hitting the rate limit.

🚦 How do rate limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces hourly rate limits for each developer per organization.

Our paid plans have higher rate limits than the trial, open-source and free plans. In all cases, we re-allow further reviews after a brief timeout.

Please see our FAQ for further information.

Code Review

This pull request updates several Microsoft Extensions packages to version 10.0.7. Feedback indicates that the update to Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Polly may be inappropriate as it is a legacy integration for Polly v7, whereas the codebase utilizes Polly v8; migrating to Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Resilience is recommended. Additionally, the reviewer noted that these dependencies might be unused or should be properly leveraged through IHttpClientFactory rather than direct HttpClient instantiation.

Superseded by #41, a cumulative monorepo sync (@46bbacc) that contains all the package bumps in this PR plus later changes. All four PRs edit Directory.Packages.props and conflict; #41 was merged as the newest snapshot. Closing to keep the queue clean.
