Overview
Adds a new release-notes page for Redis Software 7.8.6-tba (June 2026), framed as a maintenance release with internal fixes and improvements.

The page follows the usual RS release-notes layout: bundled Redis DB versions (7.4.0, 7.2.4, 6.2.13), module compatibility tables, supported-platforms snapshot, download SHA256 table (checksums left empty for now), known issue RS131972 (ACL line breaks breaking shard migration), standard limitations, and collapsible Security sections listing OSS Redis CVEs by 7.4.x / 7.2.x / 7.0.x / 6.2.x.
