Description
This PR fixes the misalignment issue of the tech stack icons under the following sections.
Previously, icons appeared unevenly spaced and misaligned across different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile). The inconsistent grid and padding caused layout distortion, especially when resizing the window.
Fixes #1621
Type of change
TechStack.css CSS change to make it responsive and aligned with the devices
How Has This Been Tested?
Testing Steps:
Open the Tech Stacks page (https://reactplay.io/tech-stacks)
Inspect each section (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Analytics, Programming Languages).
Resize the browser window — alignment should remain consistent at all breakpoints.
