✨ Description

This PR adds a new Play: DJ Motion Cards — an interactive and animated DJ profile card built with React, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.

It demonstrates motion design, hover animations, and a clean dark UI inspired by modern Electronic Press Kits (EPKs) for DJs and music creators.

🎯 Motivation

To contribute a visually appealing and educational example that helps beginner/intermediate React developers understand Framer Motion and TailwindCSS animation concepts within React-Play’s creative ecosystem.

🧪 How Has This Been Tested?

• Ran locally with npm start on the main React-Play project.
• Verified the play appears in the gallery and renders without warnings.
• Checked hover animations, responsiveness, and image loading on Chrome and Edge.
• Confirmed that build passes with npm run lint and npm run build.
