- Adds version 1.0.10 changelog entry with bug fix for UserAgent string alignment
- Corrects issue ticket prefix from "RDK-59629" to "RDKEMW-59629" in version 1.0.9 entries
- Removes "Ticket:" prefix from RDKEMW-5556 entry in version 1.0.4 for consistency
