Extends the “Local Package Store” documentation to more precisely describe what the store is, how Bolt discovers it, and what happens when it’s missing.
Changes:
- Clarifies that the local store is a plain
bolts/directory containing<id>+<version>.boltfiles and must be created manually. - Documents the discovery algorithm (upward traversal from
BUILDDIRor CWD), including an explicit example search order and its implications. - Adds practical guidance: store contents/management, an end-to-end usage example, and failure-mode behavior when no store is found.
