Description
Clean up settings and tmp file resolution for curves to make working with the package outside the repository easier.
Because we developed with PyETM as a repository and not a package, I noticed some issues when testing out the package as a package, particularly with the resolution of the tmp file location for curves and the resolution of the settings for fetching environment variables defined in a .env file. This PR resolves those two issues.
