This reverts commit 27aef89. The year 2025 is over, the banner has been up for more than 3 weeks (in production). This PR removes the fundraiser banner script that was added for the year-end 2025 fundraising campaign. With the year 2025 now concluded and the banner having been displayed for over 3 weeks in production, this change appropriately removes the temporary fundraising element from the site.

Thanks! The banner has been soft disabled so this isn't urgent. Ready to merge when fundraising team confirms we're done with banner.
