Just updated the first commit of this PR (force push!) as it somehow restored a deleted line in README.md. This is now corrected. |

This set of commits introduces new features and refinements to support the now separate async facade which lives at https://github.com/fmjrey/kinsky-async.
This separate facade should give a proper solution to issue #42.
