I have comprehensively updated the repository's documentation and structure. This includes renaming directories and files to follow a consistent PascalCase naming convention, updating the root README.md with accurate links and GitHub-style Table of Contents slugs, and enhancing all subdirectory READMEs with detailed '## Contents' sections and LaTeX-formatted time complexity analysis. All changes have been verified for functional integrity and link validity.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5714423413105575202 started by @ppant

- Renamed directories and files to follow PascalCase convention:
  - 'deque/' -> 'Deque/'
  - 'Error-debug/' -> 'ErrorHandling/'
  - 'Trees/buildTreeTest.py' -> 'Trees/BuildTreeTest.py'
  - Several files in 'Arrays/' renamed to PascalCase.
- Updated root 'README.md' with:
  - Corrected directory and file links.
  - GitHub-style emoji slugs for Table of Contents.
  - LaTeX notation for all complexity analysis.
  - Updated project structure and copyright year (2026).
- Updated all subdirectory 'README.md' files:
  - Standardized '## Contents' section.
  - Added time and space complexity analysis using LaTeX.
  - Ensured consistent formatting across all modules.
- Verified all internal links and script execution.
