The project documentation and structure have been overhauled for consistency and technical clarity. All directories and scripts now follow a uniform PascalCase naming convention. Each subdirectory contains a standardized README with time complexity analysis for the implemented algorithms. The root README has been updated to serve as a comprehensive, well-structured entry point for the repository. All 50 scripts remain fully functional and correctly linked.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16168457535403815950 started by @ppant

- Renamed directories and files to follow PascalCase naming conventions.
- Standardized sub-directory README.md files with '## Contents' and LaTeX complexity notation.
- Updated root README.md with improved Table of Contents and corrected links.
- Verified all script executions and relative link integrity.
