I have standardized the repository's structure and completed its documentation. This includes:

  1. Structural Cleanup: Renamed deque/ to Deque/, Error-debug/ to ErrorHandling/, and several snake_case files in Arrays/ and Trees/ to PascalCase.
  2. Main Documentation: Updated the root README.md to reflect the new structure and fixed Table of Contents anchor links to work correctly with GitHub's emoji-slugging rules.
  3. Complexity Analysis: Added detailed time complexity analysis (using LaTeX notation) for all 50 scripts across all subdirectory READMEs.
  4. Maintenance: Updated the LICENSE file to reflect the current year (2026).
  5. Verification: Confirmed that all non-interactive scripts are fully functional after the reorganization.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3893294419635738364 started by @ppant
