This repository powers the public face and the shared defaults of the Пора на пару organization.
Most of our product code lives in private repositories. This one is public on purpose: it holds only things we're happy to share, and the community health files here apply as organization-wide defaults to every repository (public and private) that doesn't define its own.

Files like CONTRIBUTING.md and SECURITY.md are GitHub community health files.
Placed in the org's public .github repo, they are inherited by every repository in the
organization that doesn't ship its own copy — including private ones.
