Added better installation instruction and support for our server retrieving releases.

TODO:

  • setup server to match doc requests
  • create travis deployments triggered by release to publish modified tarball to release page
  • create server redirect to latest release on github triggered by https://get.sharppaste.nl/latest
  • create install script in bash supporting Ubuntu, Debian, Raspbian (not priority) and CentOS
