This PR is to address the issue of not having any functionality regarding ATAs. In this PR I've done a few things:
atas()methods (list and retrieve) that can interact with the atas endpoint$faxto$arrto make more sense with these changesretrieveFaxFileeasy method.$hostto match the new API versionPlease let me know if you see issues with any of this and I will address them.
