💡 What: Wrapped the two main $(window).on('scroll', ...) handlers in assets/js/main.js with a throttle using window.requestAnimationFrame and window.cancelAnimationFrame.
🎯 Why: Executing heavy DOM measurements (like height(), offset().top) sequentially on every single unfiltered scroll event blocks the main thread, resulting in jank during scrolling. The callback should be constrained to visual frame updates.
📊 Measured Improvement: Tested using a JSDOM script that triggers 50,000 continuous scroll events.
Baseline: 15338ms
Improved: 601ms (~25.5x speed improvement)
