This fixes issue #168, where the
network-tikz.sty-file was missing.Additionally, support for .svg output is added because pdf-files that are saved somewhere locally cannot be displayed in Jupyter notebooks in VSCode. As a workaround, we convert the image to .svg which is read and then displayed.
