- Hardens Traefik: removes insecure dashboard NodePort, adds probes/resources, makes anti-affinity single-node friendly, removes legacy extensions RBAC group.
- Adds kubeconform/tflint/nodejs_22 to the dev shell.
- Turns make validate into a real offline CI-safe validation path.
- Adds make dry-run for server-side kubectl dry-run against a live cluster, excluding app placeholders.
- Adds Terraform provider lockfile for reproducible validation.
