- Add break to for loop
- Add tuple with possible exceptions during requests

Add check for `dissolved` status. Change assets repatch logic. If error occures on stage of patching to `active`, all assets will be repatched to `pending`, not only already successfully patched.
- Add minor changes to worker - Update test config in conftest.py and change almost_always_true fixture
