SCS implementation
Unfortunately, it won't work within the test set-up, as it is too slow (takes around 12 hours on a test set), as addressed in this issue: chenhcs/SCS#19
Second challenge is the very old version of tensorflow (2.8, not supported by pip anymore) required for the package installation, which is not compatible with current version of spatialdata and the zarr object, requiring additional reformatting input and output scripts and an additional conda environment
