docs: trim README badges to highest-signal set#43

Drop the repostatus "WIP" badge — the Alpha note already covers status, and "WIP" undersells the project given demos now exist. Add a CI badge (workflow exists, wasn't surfaced) and a top-level Codespaces badge linking to the quickstart devcontainer as the primary "try it now" call to action, on its own line per the layout used in the other repos.
