use glob lookup for source files

Update to the latest VstsTaskSdk and use glob file lookup to update multiple files in a single Tokenizer task.

Resolves issue #93.

Incorporated PR #75 for issue #71, including unit tests as requested.

Also use SetAttribute so it can add an attribute if the attribute doesn't already exist on the node.

I think it's safe to conclude that this is a dead project. There have been no commits since 2018. If you need new functionality, should probably look for a different Azure DevOps Pipeline Task to fulfill your needs rather than hope for PRs to get merged in.

I ended up using Replace Tokens for replacing tokens and created my own task for xpath-based transformations.

This was created s a stop gap solution looong time back. The developers and PMs (thats me) have moved on to other projects. I have tried to get to relevant folks but haven't heard back yet.
