fix: sync golden image packages and Fedora version with codebase#207

The golden image blueprint had drifted from workload declarations: add procps-ng (chaos-process), curl (tps client), sysbench and redis (catalog entries) to blueprint.toml. Bump DefaultContainerDiskImage from fedora:41 to fedora:42 to match build.sh, and update all live docs, deploy configmap, and test fixtures accordingly.
