By default, the CDseq call will use the reduce-recover strategy with 10 blocks of 1k genes to speed-up computations. See Kang et al. (BMC bioinformatics, 2021) publication (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12859-021-04186-5)

Not entirely sure the signature construction for
momfis correct, as this method needs counts for bulk normalisation and other method relying on pre-computed signatures need TPM. Please double-check.
