docs(strategy): refresh strategic index + add first-adoption dry-run#49

…dry-run Refresh the top-level strategic surfaces that the previous consolidation pass missed: high-level-plan.md (strand table + next intentions) and roadmap.md had stayed at a mid-program snapshot. Both now reflect program completion + the continuous-release model, and reframe the next move as proving the clone/rename/adapt promise and watching proportionality. Add docs/first-adoption-dry-run.md — a structured exercise to validate the VISION's core promise against a real fork and surface friction/heaviness, linked from the rename guide. Also fix a stale "release-PR automation" reference in docs/using-this-template.md. Capture the consolidation (strategic-tier refresh) in continuity and the meta-learning in the napkin: a deep consolidation must reach the strategic index, not only continuity/threads. Pull request overview
Updates the repo’s strategic documentation to reflect program completion and the continuous-release model, and adds a concrete “first adoption” exercise to validate the template’s clone/rename/adapt promise and surface adopter friction.
Changes:
- Added
docs/first-adoption-dry-run.md, a structured end-to-end adoption exercise with an acceptance checklist and friction log. - Refreshed the strategic index docs (
.agent/plans/high-level-plan.md,.agent/plans/roadmap.md) to emphasize first-adoption validation and proportionality. - Updated continuity/napkin memory entries and refreshed a stale reference in
docs/using-this-template.md.

What & why
Closes out the strategic retrospective with concrete docs.
high-level-plan.md,roadmap.md) — the previous deep consolidation reached continuity/threads/collection-README but left the top-level index at a mid-program snapshot. Both now reflect program completion + the continuous-release model, and reframe the next move as proving the clone/rename/adapt promise and watching proportionality (lightweight template, not a feature product).docs/first-adoption-dry-run.md— a structured exercise to validate the VISION's core promise against a real fork and surface friction/heaviness, with a friction log that feeds back into the template.
