Record session state for a clean cross-session resume: rewrite the gate-expansion thread record as the full "highest proportionate bar" program handoff (done/in-flight/remaining, owner actions, the release-PR --auto mechanic, the cz bump_map gotcha); refresh repo-continuity; mark pip-audit and codespell done and supply-chain in-flight in the gate plan; mark release automation delivered + live-verified; capture learnings in the napkin.
