we opted not to hoist any AWS credentials into the nuonco/byoc repo thus far. as a result, we need manually validate the ami alias before accepting a pr from nuonbot w/ an update. Notes: - we want to use version latest minus one - this only impacts the default, it does not set the input on any existing installs
