A quiz template stylistically like
quiz-citizenship-20180619, but with support for adding an image and credit into an answer via the spreadsheet and with Google Analytics tracking on user quiz score (tracking on user's guess for each question was already added in an earliergraphics.jsfile from the quiz in the learning myths article).
