Expected Behavior Before Changes

• Description is required
• Description is on the main form
• Abstract is not required and is on the "Additional fields" part of the form
• Abstract displays lower down on the show page when present

Expected Behavior After Changes

• Description is not required
• Description is on the "Additional fields" part of the form
• Abstract is on the main form
• Abstract displays first after the title when present
