used iconutil to extract the icns file into an iconset folder and then used photoshop to replace the black background of the 16x16 icon with transparency. then used iconutil to regenerate the icns files

I used iconutil to extract the icns file into an iconset folder and then used photoshop to replace the black background of the 16x16 icon with transparency. I then used iconutil to regenerate the icns file.
