- Add CI badge at the top
- Replace 5-worker signal table (velocity/CoT/fingerprint/hydra/pivot with old 30/23/23/14/10 weights) with full 16-worker table including actual weights from fusion.rs: fingerprint 14%, velocity 10%, cot 9%, embed 8%, hydra 8%, timing_cluster 7%, asn_classifier 7%, h2_grpc 6%, role_preamble 6%, pivot 5%, biometric 5%, watermark 4%, session_gap 4%, token_budget 3%, refusal_probe 2%, sequence_model 2%
