Adding reports and summarizing data within the css files

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

I learned how to use the numpy library/function

I could have manually checked for means, mins, and maxs but that would of took forever

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

I had challenges with the pull request again but hopefully it is right now. Also, I kept forgetting to define summary_patients

How were these changes tested?

I had to keep iterating and checking the syntax/name errors I was provided.
