Previously the Rust ABI was generated from the C ABI

Depends on:

• refactor: generate C ABI from Rust code runtime-ffi#8
• refactor: generate C ABI from Rust code abi-c#8

To do:

• Set submodules to their respective master branches, after the above PRs have been merged.
