What is mentioned in this paper is actually a bit disappointing. I wanted to see how we can achieve the proposed outcomes. However, you ended up providing information combined with a lot of AI terminology. It feels more like a paper that tells you what AI can help you accomplish, rather than showing how to accomplish it.
Nowadays, tools like ChatGPT can provide such insights through simple conversation.
It would be better if you actually tried predicting delays yourself using one of the techniques mentioned, and provided detailed methodology and results.
