Add regex for removing distracting brackets

As discussed in the Phabricator Ticket : T387248, the game currently shows distracting brackets.

• I used regex to remove templates, category/file links, magic words, section headers etc

Testing:

• Wrote a script with texts extracted from wikiquote and applied the implemented regex on them.
