This will be the beginning of removal of support for Java 11.
Unicode tests pass more when we have Java 17

Hello all -- this is the next step in our upgrade, which removes Java 11 support. I don't expect it will cause any problems but I will wait a bit before merging just in case. |

great, core-js is already uses jdk17 and it seems all is fine. +1 |

Thanks for doing this. I've just discovered there a whole bunch of 262 tests that are failing on Java 11 because of unicode issues, so I'll be happy to see it go. |
