Add support for HAProxy frontend ACLs and Actions to enable SNI-based traffic routing. This allows routing HTTPS traffic to different backends based on the Server Name Indication (SNI) in TLS connections. New modules: - pfsense_haproxy_frontend_acl: Manage ACL conditions (ssl_sni_*) - pfsense_haproxy_frontend_action: Manage routing actions (use_backend)
