Obographs tester

1. Install the new jar with sh install.sh (check that the jar name is correct in there)
2. Make sure new version installed correspond to the one embedded in pom.xml of testobographs codebase
3. Build testobographs
4. Here, run sh test.sh. This will download a few testcases an run roundtrip test.
