- Implemented compose overlay UI
- Add Paparazzi plugin and dependency to the project. - Implement snapshot tests for `IssueSeverityBadge`, `IssueHighlightBox`, `ScanSummaryBar`, and `IssueDetailPanel`. - Add `SnapshotFixtures.kt` to provide mock data for testing UI components.
