This repository contains data processing workflows, environmental datasets, and machine learning models used to analyze Karenia brevis bloom dynamics in Southwest Florida.
The project integrates hydrologic discharge, nutrient concentrations, and environmental drivers from the Peace River, Caloosahatchee River, and Tampa Bay regions.
