Fixes:
-in regex for allowed capability ID symbols (this probably did not cause issues because of its position inside the regex).and/, s.t. vendor-specific capability IDs are properly processedYou should be able to trivially review these. I'm sorry for not submitting these sooner. I have had to deal with a enormous amount of harassment and didn't realized this was an oversight in irc-api, as opposed to using software.
